Depending on your device you will either need a .m3u file

or a url link , in ebay you will have recived a short url link

Now with this short url you can depending on your device - just type it in using the remote or copy the whole line into your webbrowser, "In the address bar at the top of the page "

or in some browesers will allow you to  click the link then save it on a usbstick and install as a m3u file

same devices require it to be saved as WebTV - others IPTV some others tvlist
